I have been purchasing from them for over a year and unfortunately this is my first review or testament to their stellar service.
First, every time I order I use the echeck option and kratomone always sends my order out immediately before the check even has time to clear
They have sent me random samples from time to time.
Recently I asked for a sample of their Bali to try again and they sent me 100g s! That’s a hell of a sample.
My order arrives to the east coast in two days every single time without question.
They always answer my emails within 24 hrs. Most of the time within hrs.
I had one issue with quality recently. I’m not sure if it was just me or the product. But it was a tall order and they replaced the order without hesitation and I got to keep the other order in question. To top it off they were on top of my complaint, they wanted lot numbers and that says a lot. They are keeping lot numbers for traceability I’m sure most of the online Kratom suppliers are not doing this.
