From time to time, Kenenth and Brenner Tradding LTD restricts the quantity of goods which can be purchased in one order or during a particular period of time or per person or per address. Any quantity restrictions will be stated on the product page, or in materials about the relevant promotion, or otherwise advised to you. Kenenth and Brenner Tradding LTD will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your order or deliver goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order. You agree to obtain consent to provide Kenenth and Brenner Tradding LTD with personal Information of recipients of gifts or goods ordered by you. Price and Payment Prices are quoted in US Dollars, You must pay in the currency in which the product price is quoted or is selected. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency you may pay by debit or credit card (or any other method that Kenenth and Brenner Tradding LTD may introduce from time to time) and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate. Payment may be required before the product is provided and, if not, payment is due from the moment the order is accepted. After you have submitted your order Kenenth and Brenner Tradding LTD may take and shall be entitled to receive such payment as is due in respect of the order. Kenenth and Brenner Tradding LTD reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form Payments made by debit or credit card may result in up to a 3% foreign exchange rate fee on top of the total price.
