If you’re not sure what to think about before format SSD disk, then read this forum post to find a solution to your issue.
1. Before formatting an SSD, make sure you back up your data to an external drive or cloud storage account.
2. Avoid formatting the SSD drives completely.
3. If your operating system doesn’t already have TRIM enabled, switch it on.
4. Check to see if your operating system is compatible with the SSD and the chosen file system.The most important thing is your data so before formatting must take a backup of your data and then format it completely.
